At La Cubana Xpress, all seats are available to everyone. We celebrate diversity and offer a safe and comfortable ride for everyone, without discrimination based on race, color, creed, or any other protected characteristic. Travel with us, where everyone is welcome and respected.

Ticket Policy and Changes

  • Flexibility for You: We know that plans can change, that is why we allow modifications to your tickets up to 48 hours before departure, with an additional cost of $50.00, as long as the new ticket is for the next 30 days and subject to availability. If the new ticket has a higher cost, you will pay the difference.
  • Arrive on time: To ensure a punctual departure, we ask that you arrive at the departure point one hour before departure time. If you arrive late, you will unfortunately lose your ticket, which is non-refundable, and we may have to assign your seat to another passenger.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Prices and Routes: Prices and routes are subject to change, but we assure you that we will always inform you in advance.

Luggage

  • Your Luggage: You can carry up to 70lbs of luggage, including a large suitcase and one personal item. If you need more space, you can bring extra luggage for a cost of $2.50 per pound.
  • Extra Luggage: If you have extra luggage, be sure to confirm and pay for it 48 hours before departure to guarantee its transfer.
  • Luggage Liability: Although we strive to handle your belongings with care, La Cubana Xpress is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of passengers' personal luggage or other items.

Onboard Experience

  • Comfort and Convenience: Our buses are equipped with air conditioning, heating and bathrooms for your comfort. We make regular stops so you can stretch, grab a bite to eat, and use the bathroom.
  • Enjoy the Trip: Feel the freedom of using your electronic devices with headphones, but remember to keep the volume low so as not to disturb other passengers.

Standards of Conduct

  • Respect and Safety: To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone, smoking, eating, using offensive language, inappropriate behavior, or carrying weapons are not permitted on the bus. The consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited, and in case of non-compliance, we may require the intervention of authorities.

Payment Options

  • Facilities for You: We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, America Express credit and debit cards, as well as transfers through Zelle. Please print your ticket or have it available on your mobile from the confirmation email we will send you.

Seat Reservation

  • Choose your Favorite Place: You can reserve the seat of your preference for a small fee, depending on the route. Once your seat is assigned, it will be yours for the entire trip.

Traveling with Pets

  • Your Pets Are Welcome: If you are traveling with a pet, you will need to purchase a seat for it and ensure that the kennel meets the specified measurements to ensure its comfort and safety.
  • Soft surface kennel (recommended) 18 x 11 x 11 inches / 46 x 28 x 28 centimeters (length + width + height) Hard surface kennel 19 x 13 x 9 inches / 48 x 33 x 22 centimeters (length + width + height) )

Schedule and Delays

  • Hours: La Cubana Xpress makes every effort to comply with published hours. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, traffic delays, mechanical problems and the need to ensure the safety of our drivers and passengers. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with a safe and reliable service.

You may opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
